Dated: 21 October 1778. 

Trans. :250 pounds for 100 acres "On Crane Creek Cald (sic) Ganeys
Branch." Deed mentions a little branch." Land was "surveyed for John Ganey
as by Pattent.dated" 31 October 1753. Peter Pridgen was "the lawfull Setler
land Right Owner" of the land.
