Noah Lee to James Westbrook. 
£130 for two tracts of land. The first tract consisted of 100A "On the West side of great 
Cohara." Deed mentions a corner between Noah Lee and Westbrook Lee. Land was 
"part of a pattent granted to Jacob Holly Bearing date" 17 March 1756. The second tract 
consisted of 200A  "adjoining the aforesaid tract of land." Deed mentions Lee's corner, 
the run of Great Coharie, and **Bartholomew Gainey. Land was "by pattent granted to 
Noah Lee Bearing date" 10 November 1794.
