Nicholas Sandlin Patent 16 acres, No. 2028

One tract of land containing sixteen acres, lying and being in the County of 
Duplin on the east side of the North East River, Beginning at a stake in the
edge of a small pond, the corner of Austin Bryan deed and runs S 77 E 10 poles 
to a pine Samuel Southerland and Nicholas Sandlin’s corner then down said Sandlin’s 
corner, then the same course continues 168 poles to a stake on James Judges’ line 
formerly Jacob Brown’s then along his line W 10 poles to a stake then to the beginning, 
Entered 19th day of January 1813, Dates 16th November 1813
