Nathaniel Waller To Nancy J. Waller

State of North Carolina Duplin County
This Indenture made the 13th day of November one Thousand Eight hundred and thirty Eight
Between Nathaniel Waller of the County & State aforisaid of the one pat and his Daughter
Nancy J. Waller of the sam County and State of the othr part witnesseth that for and
inconsideration of the natural Love and affection that I have for unto my Daughter Nancy
J. Waller and for divers other good causes and considerations have given granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do give grant Bargain sell and deliver unto Nancy J. Waller
all the lifetime or live Estate that I the said Nathaniel Waller do have In a certain
Messuage tract of parcil of Land that I have purchaised a life Estate in which doth appear
from a deed from Enoch Cobb bearing date sixth day of November one Thousand Eight hundred
and thirty Eight Begining at a poplar & black gum in the mirey branch and runs west 84 poles
to a pine thence south 11 west 109 poles to a pine thence so 100 poles to a black gum and
poplar in the miry branch thence down Run of said miry branch as it meanders to the begining
containing Fifty five acres more or less to have and to hold the before bargained Land and
premises free & clear from me my heirs Extrs Adms or assigns forever to her the said Nancy J.
Waller forever In witness whereof the said Nathaniel Waller have hereunto set his hand and
seal day date first written
