Meshach Stallings one hundred acres of land in Duplin County 
between Fussels Creek and Taylors Creek the branches of 
Rockfish.  Begining at a white oak & red oak William Jones's 
corner and runs along his line No. 62 Wt. 160 pole to a pine.  
Thence North 30 poles to a white oak.  Thence No. 40 Wt. 68 
poles to a stake on Joseph Williamses line.  Five pole East of 
his corner.  Thence his line No. 70 Et. 104 pole to a pine his 
corner.  Thence Rice Mathews's line SO. 20 Et. 50 pole to a 
pine & red oak his corner.  Thence his other line No. 70 Et. 
128 pole to a pine.  Thence straight to the begining.

Dated the 21st day of September 1785
