Dated:11 January 1780. 

Trans. :95 pounds lawful money of the Province for 200 acres "On the
west side of Stewarts(?) Creek and (?) on marsh Branch including Mill
place." Land was" granted to Joseph Williams Conveyed By deed of sale to
Matthew Johnston." 
Wit. Nothial Merritt and Robert Merritt.
