Martin Hanchey two hundred acres of land in Duplin County west side the North 
East River below Island Creek and lower side of Oakey Branch.  Begining at a 
pine on Samson Mosleys line patened by Robert McRee thence No. 40 Et. 180 
poles to a pine thence So. 50 Et. 160 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 40 Wt. 324 
poles to Mosleys or McRees line.  Thence as the same to the first station.

Dated November the Tenth 1784
