Duplin County Deed Book 7A, pg 139

Mac Williams of Duplin County, NC for the sum of $1500 paid by Robert
Williams of Wayne County, NC said Mac Williams do sell and convey unto
Said Robert Williams, his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract or
Parcel of land in Duplin County lying on the north side of the North
East River and west side of Jumping run, being all the lands I hold
By deed from my father Charles Williams and containing 225 acres,
Being all the lands west side of an established line between my
Brother James Williams and myself and adjoining Bayles Branch. Do set
My hand and seal on 12 Apr 1820.
