Love Savage one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on both 
sides of Sandhill branch a prong of Stalking head Swamp, including 
Andrew Rouses old improvements. begining at a gum at the run of 
Sandhill branch George Rouses corner & runs his line East 127 
poles to a black jack his corner.  Thence on or nigh to William 
Dicksons line So. 134 pole to a stake on Jacob Wellses line.  
Thence on or nigh to said line No. 72 Wt. 140 poles crossing Sandhill 
branch to a pine thence the course continued 30 pole to a stake.  
Thence No. 80 pooles to a stake, thence to the begining.
