Lincoln Suffield Heir at Law to Isom Shuffield Deceased one hundred acres of land 
in Duplin COunty West side the North East River begining at a water oak on the river 
bank his own corner.  Thence as the same North 55 Wt. 120 poles to a stake.  Thince 
North 25 Et. 160 poles to a stake.  Thence on or near to the line of land patened by 
Andrew Cox Et. 90 poles to the river and down the same as it meanders to the 
begining.
