Job Rogers, Peleg Rogers, James Rogers, and Nicholas Rogers of Duplin
County, NC for the sum of 50 lbs current money paid by Thomas Cotton
of Duplin County do sell and convey a tract or parcel of land containing
80 acres on 21 Jan 1794, situate in Duplin County, on the drains of
Bushee's Mill Swamp, being the southern end of a survey of 100 acres
patented by James Rogers, late of Duplin County deceased, adjoining his
own land and Alex Porter's line and beginning at a white oak on Cotton's
corner of 150 acres patented by Thomas Johnston on the edge of the swamp
to Charles Olphins line to Cotton's line to Peter Carlton's line. Patent
bearing date 20 Dec 1791.
