Granted to Joseph Thomas Rhodes one hundred and forty acres of land in Duplin County the North 
side of Limestone Swamp on both side of the Tuckahoe Road.  Begining at two white oaks his own 
corner of 360 acres and runs thence Et. 80 poles to a stake on Chapmans line.  Thence his line 
to his corner & past South 40 Et. 200 poles to a stake on Morgan Swamp line.  Thence South 3 
West 44 poles to a pine.  Thence West 140 poles to a stake.  Thence to the begining.
