of Rockfish-Beginning at a pine Joseph Williams’s & Doctor Drumgolds corner Running thence 
S. 45°. E. 224 poles to a white oak. Thence S. 50°. W. 34 poles to a stake at Joseph 
Williams Junrs. corner. Thence as his line W. 38. pole to a stake-Thence N. 45°.W. 25 poles 
to a stake on John Williams senrs. line-Thence to the beginning.

Dated the 17th day of Decem. in the 19th year of our independence and in the year of our Lord 1794.
