Granted to John Williams two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the South side of
Muddy creek.  Begining at a forked post oak on or near his own line.  Thence North 70 Et. 
200 poles to a small near his Tar kiln.  Thence South 37 Et. 136 poles to a red oak near
a branch.  Thence the same course continued 14 poles to a stake.  Then South 76 Wt. 210 
poles to a stake.  Thence to the begining.
