Deed:John Register to Matthew Johnston. 
Dated: 13 January 1780. 

Trans.: 1,500 pounds "of North Carolina Currency money" for 80 acres
"On the East side of the Six Runs and at the manner End of the aforesaid
Seranty (sic) divided by a line ofChopted trees Between Joseph Registers
Senior Instruments and Joseph Registers Senior where he formerly lived and
including the Same Improvements.Beginning at the Dividing line on the Bank
of the River." Land was "Pattented By David Williams."
