No. 1224

Granted to John Parker one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the corner
prong of Muddy creek including Stephen Williams's improvements.  Begining at a water oak
on the North side of the swamp in the run of persimmon branch James Whaleys corner.  Thence
Whaleys line across the swamp So. 160 poles to a poste his other corner.  Thence up the
swamp Et. 150 poles. Then North 160 poles.  Thence Wt. 150 to the begining.
