Deed: John Goff, Sr., to Thomas Blake. 
Dated: 20 March 1776. 

Trans. :75 pounds for "One Grist Mill lying and Being on a branch of
Rock fish Now in my possession within One mile distance of the Plantation
Whereon I now live." The mill was for the use of Peter Blake, the son of
said Thomas Blake.
