No. 1272

Granted to John Farrier two hundred acres of land in Duplin County Et. side the North Et.
River on both side Jumping run a branch of Muddy creek.  Begining at a gum on the run of
the branch William Collins corner.  Thence his line So. 20 Wt. 60 poles to a stake.  
Thence So. 45 Et. 146 poles to a pine.  Thence the same course continued 20 pole to a 
steke.  Thence No. 45 Et 130 poles to a stake.  Thence No 45 Wt. 20 poles to a pine. Thence
same course continued 300 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 45 Wt. 62 poles to a cypress at
the Run thence the run as it meanders to the begining.
