John Carter Thomson To Benjamin Thomson
Deed 100 acres
January seventeenth day 1791. North Carolina Duplin County this may certify that I John Carter Thompson
of the aforesaid County and Benjamin Tompson of the same have United and agreed within our selves and Divided
the Lands belong once to to their Father which is deceased and I John Carter Tompson my heirs Executors
administrators and assigns doth forever hereafter deny and Quit laying any Claim in any wise Laying and Right
or Title to one hundred acres of Land Joining John Johnston and Andrew Adams and I the said John Carter Tompson
my heirs Executors administrators and assigns doth gibe the same Land and premises with all benefits and
appurtainances to the same belonging unto Benjamin Tompson his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever.
