Joseph Dickson six hundred and forty acres of land in Duplin County between the head 
of Halso's Swamp and the branches of Cypress Creek or the Back Swamp.  Begining 
at a pine the erd corner of John Laniers three hundred acre survey.  Thence as Laniers 
line No. 20 Wt. 200 poles to a pine said Laniers 4th corher thence the same cours 
continued eighty poles to a stke thence North 70 East 366 poles to a stake.  Thence 
South 20 East 280 poles to a stake thence So. 70 West 366 poles to the first station.
