Joseph Dickson one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County
on the North East side of Little Rockfish or Cummins's Creek, on both
side of the Main road joining the land known by the name of the Red
House Land. Begining at a pine a little East of the road by the edge
of the Red House Meadow on the line of said land & runs along said
line No. Eight Et. 100 pole to a pine the corner thereof. Thence across
the Road and with the other line North 82 Wt. 104 pole to a gum at the
run of Little Rockfish. Thence up the swamp by various courses 100
pole to a white oak. Thence across the road So. 82 Et. 124 pole to a
pine Forty yards North of Rutherfurds corner. Thence to and with
Rutherfurds line So. 296 pole to a stake. Thence to the first station.
