James Maxwell one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on both sides of a branch of Stocking 
head begining at a pine on his own line then as his line So. 50. Et. 105 po. to a stake by the 
branch thence So. 33 Wt. 155 po. to a pine by the Gallbery thence no 57. Wt. 105 po. to a pine 
thence the begining.
