James Hurst Junr. forty acres of land in Duplin County on the No.
side of Goshen Swamp and on the East side of Cowhole branch
joining and between Jameds Hurst Senr. and John Foleys lines
lncluding his improvements. Begining at a live oak at the run of
Cowhole Branch and runs down the branch So. 20 Et. 20 pole to a
maple & poplar on John Foleys line. Thence No. 48 Et. 110 pole to
a hickory Foleys corner then Et. 56 pole to a small water oak &
black jack on Foleys other line, thence along his line No. 106 pole
to a fallen pine his corner. Thence Wt. 23 pole to a pine John
Shuffields corner, thence to and along James Hurst Senr. line So.
17 Wt. 96 pole to a live oak his corner. Thence with his other line
So. 55 Wt. 116 pole to the begining.
