John Wilkins one hundred & fifty acres of land in Duplin County joining George Kornegays 
line on the Horse pen branch.  Begining at a water oak & gum in the branch of Kornegays 
line and runs with his line So. 25 East 120 poles to a pine thence So. 65 West 150 poles 
to a pine.  Thence SOuth 25 West 160 poles to a pine on the side of the said branch 
thence North 65 East 150 poles to a stake on Kornegays line thence to the begining.
