John Sulivan three hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the No. side of Goshen 
Swamp and Et. side of Halls Marsh and on the Heads of Sulivans Marsh.  Begining 
at a red oak his own corner and runs along his own line No. 140 pole to a pine.  
Thence Wt. 100 pole to a stake in a glade.  Thence to and along John News line So. 
3 East 270 pole to a lightwood stump.  Thence along said Sulivins own line So. 70 
Et. 220 pole to a black gum in Rooty branch.  Thence No. 206 poles to a stake.  
Thence along his own line Wt. 122 pole to the begining.
