John Steward fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the South side of the great branch 
joining his own line.  Begining at a pine on Samuel Sowels line and runs North 80 poles 
to a small jack.  Thence Et. 100 poles to a stake.  Thence South 80 poles to a pine on 
Sowells line.  Thence to the begining.
