John Sloane one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County North
side of Rockfish Creek and both sides of Taylors Creek. Begining at a
pine the lower corner of his old land Patened by Thomas Kenan.
Thence as said land across the creek No. 50 Wt. 180 poles to two
pines, thence along Frederick Wells's line So. 40 Wt. 127 poles to a
pine his corner. Thence along his other line across the creek So. 25
Et. 70 poles to a white oak, Thence along Joseph Williams's line No.
87 Et. 90 poles to a pine his corner. Thence as his other line So. 3
Et. 42 poles to a pine thence Et. 100 pole to a pine thence to the
first station.
