Begining at a pine Charles Merrits corner thence as his line No. 85 Wt. 82 poles to a pine thence his other line No. 5 Et. 60 poles to a pine. Thence his other line Wt. 124 poles to a pine thence his other line SO. 75 Wt. 86 poles to a pine thence his other line So. 55 Wt. 70 poles to an ashe at the Creek bank. Thence up the creek as it meanders on a straight line 126 poles to an ashe said Shepards corner, thence as his line No. 85 Et. 240 pole to a pine thence his other line No. 5 Wt. 60 poles to a pine thence his other line So. 85 Wt. 100 poles to a black jack. Thence as his other line North 18 Wt. 52 poles to a small white oak in the fork of a branch the first station of his survey of 326 acres, thence as that line No. 85 Et. 200 poles, thence along his own line of another survey to the begining. Thence as his other line No. 18 Et. 60 poles, thence along Sheppards own line So. 35 Wt. 92 poles to a red oak. Thence Sheppards other line So. 85 Wt. 40 poles thence straight to the begining.
