John Parker three hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the 
North side of Rockfish Creek.  Begining at a persimmon tree on the 
bank of the creek Peter Youngs corner.  Thence along his line to his 
corner and past No. 246 poles to a stake 26 poles beyond said 
Youngs corner.  Thence James Wrights line No. 60 Et. 36 poles to a 
pine Shadrach Stallings corner.  Then Stallings line South 82 Et. 246 
poles to a pine his corner, then the course of Pidcocks old line South 
27 Et. 120 poles to a water oak on the creek bank and thence up the 
meanders thereof to the begining.
