John Parker two hundred acres of land in Duplin County Wt. side the North East River and 
both sides of Emanuele Branch.  Begining at a white oak So. side the branch.  Thence No. 
75 East 180 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 15 Wt. 180 pole to a pine.  Thence So. 75 Wt. 
180 poles to a pine.  Thence to the first station.
