John Parker one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the west sideof Rockfish Creek. 
Begining at a holly at the mouth of Cabbin Branch.  Thence west 160 pole to a stake thence 
South 100 pole to a stake thence Et. 106 pole to a stake on Dann Bowens line thence as his 
line No. 6. pole to a White Oak his corner thence as his other line Et. 60. pole to a stake in 
the swamp thence to the begining.

Dated February the 3rd. 1780
