Pasture Branch a prong of the Grove Swamp on both sides of the Main Road 
including the improvements of John McCollock Senr.  Begining at a black jack 
on Alexander Dicksons line.  Thence along James James's line So. 36 Wt. 46 
poles to a water oak in Pasture Branch his corner thence No. 75 Wt. 94 pole to 
a black jack his corner thence So. 50 Wt. 64 pole to a pine his corner thence No. 
50 Wt. 82 poles to a red oak thence New line So. 10 Wt. 102 poles to a pine and 
black jack thence So. 75 Et. 312 poles to a pine thence along Alexander Dicksons 
line No. 75 Wt. to the begining.
