John Little eighty six acres of land in Duplin County on the North 
side the Doctors creek of Rockfish.  Begining at a pine on James 
Rowlings line thence No. 180 pole to a pine, thence west 90 poles 
to a red oak.  Thence So. 84 poles to a stake in a branch, thence 
Et. 24 poles to a stake Bowens corner.  Thence as his line So. 
100 poles to a pine.  Thence Rowlings's line to the first station.
