No. 1161
John Housman one hundred acres of land in Duplin County joining his own and
William Kornegay lines in the North East swamp above the bridge. Begining at
an ash and maple in one of the runs and runs West 14 poles to a cypress
William Hubbards corner. Then South 3 Et. 48 poles crossing the road to a horn
beam. Thence No. 60 Wt. 20 poles to a white oak on Kornegays line. Thence
No. 10 Et. 24 poles crossing the road again to a red oak Kornegays Corner.
Thence with his other line No. 236 pole to a maple and ash. Then North 14 poles
to a stake on Housmans line. Thence with his line Et. 38 pole to a dead pine his
corner. Thence with his other line No. 25 Et. 100 poles to a maple. Thence Et.
40 poles to a cypress on one of the runs. Thence to the begining.

John Housman thirty six acres of land in Duplin County in the fork of the No. East and
Goshen joining his own Solomon Carter & William Gradys lines. Begining at a pine on
the edge of a marsh on Gradys line and runs joining his own line No. 80 Wt. 106 poles
to a pine on Carters line. Thence with his line No. 8 Wt. 42 poles to a pine his corner
on Camp branch. Thence No. 66 poles to a pine on Gradys line thence with his line to
the begining.

John Housman one hundred and fifty eight acres of land in Duplin County in the fork of the
North East and Goshep swamp joining William Kornegays, Solomon Carters & Benjamin
Herrings lines. Begining at a pine by the main raod on Kornegays line ans runs with his
line No. 84 poles to a stake his corner. Then with his other line So. 78 Et. 78 poles to a
pine Housmans corner. Thence with his line No. 10 Wt. 80 poles to a pine in his field.
Thence No. 70 Et. 48 poles to a pine on Solomon Carters line. Thence with his line South
84 Wt. 106 poles to a pine his corner. Thence No. 6 Wt. 104 poles to a stake Carters
Corner. Then with his other line Wt. 153 poles to a stake on Benjamin Herrings line.
Thence with his line to the begining.
