John Holden one hundred acres of land in Duplin COunty the So. side of Maxwell Swamp.  
Begining at a poplar in the head of Pigpen Branch his own and Commens's corner.  
Thence as his own old line No. 8- Wt. 64 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence So. 10 Wt. 
80 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 80 Wt. 160 poles to a pine sapling.  Thence So. 10 Wt. 
52 poles to a pine and Black Jack.  Thence So. 80 Et. 224 poles to a pine.  Thence to the 
begining.
