John Greer one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County in 
Goshen Swamp the south side thereof.  Begining at a cypress and 
water oak Edward Houstons corner in the swamp, thence as his line 
So. 45 Wt. 126 pole to a white oak.  Hugh Mc Alex and John Chambers 
corner at Goshen run then up the run with the meanders and James 
Chambers line to a gum which on a straight line ia about 194 poles.  
Thence up the run with Matchets line 24 pole to a cypress.  Thence 
No. 20 Et. 40 poles to a cypress thence to the begining.
