Begining at a gum William Hursts corner on the run of Goshen Swamp and runs thence No. 16 Et. 50 pole to a Double pine said Hursts corner thence So. 2 Et. 34 pole to a white oak Burches corner thence Et. 18 pole to an ashe said Burches corner in White Oak Branch (continues on page 12) thence up said Branch along said Burches line No. 3 Et. 310 pole to a Red Oak his corner thence No. 60 Et. 10 pole to a Black Gum on the run of White Oak Branch. Thence down the run as it meanders to a Persimmon on the Run John Gibbs corner thence along Gibbs's line No. 75 Et. 56. poles to a white oak his corner thence So. 55. Wt. 36 pole to a water oak stump thence So. 8. Wt. 106 pole to a water oak and Burch said Gibbs's corner at the swamp thence with Cannons line So. 35 Wt. 50 poles to a black gum on the run of the swamp and thence to the begining. Dated November the 10th 1784
