John Farrier two hundred acres of land in Duplin County east side the North 
East River and South side of Muddy Creek on both sides of the Great branch.  
Begining at a pine by a pond.  Thence So. 126 poles to a stake between two 
pines in the corner of a meadow.  Thence Wt. 252 poles to a pine.  Thence 
North 126 poles to a stake by a pine.  Thence East 252 poles to the begining.
