Deed Book B Page 134

John Deaver two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the South 
side of the No. East between Rattle Snake branch and the head of 
Bear Marsh.  Begining at a pine Baker Bowdens corner and runs 
along Jesse Barfields line No. 24 Et. 124 pole to a pine his corner.  
Thence along said Deavers own line No. 65 Et. 270 pole to a pine 
Elijah Jones's corner.  Thence So. 18 Wt. 160 pole to a pine.  Thence 
the same course continued 40 pole to a stake thence to the begining.
