John Brummell three hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the South
side of Limestone Swamp joining John Wallers and Mathew Edwards's lines.
Begining at a water oak in the Swamp of the Beaverdam and Limestone
Near the fork and rums So. 20 poles to a gum on the run of Limestone,
John Wallers corner, thence with his line SO. 20 Wt. 206 poles to a pine
his other corner near the rad, thence with his other line No. 70 Wt. 104 poles
to a pine Benjamin Smiths corner. Thence with his So. 15 Wt. 94 poles
crossing the Road to a pine on Wallers line. Thence with his line So. 15
Et. 74 poles to a stake on Henry Halls line, thence Et. 170 pole to a stake
on Edwards's line, thence with his line No. 25 Et. 196 poles crossing the
Road again to a white oak Edwards's corner, thence No. 66 Et. 6 poles to
a stake his other corner. Thence with his other line No. 42 Et. 142 poles
crossing Limestone to a pine, thence to the begining.
