John Boney Junior one hundred acres of land in Duplin County west side
of the North Et. River, North side of Rockfish creek and on both sides of
the Main Road. Begining at a gum Dicksons corner on the East side of
Little Rockfish or Cummins's creek. Thence along a line of the Red House
land No. 82 Wt. 74 poles to a small pine in a meadow. Thence No. 30 Et.
20 poles to a dead pine, Rivingbarks corner. Thence the same course
Rivingbarks line continued 100 pole to a pine. Thence Rivingbarks other
line No. 60 Wt. 80 poles to a large pine on Wimbirk Boneys line Thence
Wimberk Boneys line Et. 94 pole to a maple his corner, thence North 26
poles to a pine. Thence Et. 90 poles to a stake 12 feet Wt. of a marked
pine. Thence So. 1 Et. 118 poles to a pine on Dicksons line near Jesse
George's corner. Thence North 80 Wt. Dicksons line 86 poles to a white
oak his corner by the edge of the creek swamp. Thence down the edge
of the same as the High land & Swamp meanders to the begining.
