John Best three hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the west side 
of the No. Et. Branch of Cape Fear River.  Begining at a pine his corner 
of the land he lives on.  Thence as his line No. 87 Et. 86 po. to a pine his 
corner.  Thence as his other line So. 45 Et. 186 pole to a black jack his 
corner thence So. 57 Wt. 236 po. to a stake by a pine David Greens 
corner thence Wt. 122 pole to a stake thence to the begining.
