John Bailey one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on 
the west side of the No. Et. Branch of Cape fear River.  
Begining at a pine by Grasse Branch in Grasse Island.  
Thence So. 160 pole to a stake by the Oakey Branch.  
Thence Et. 100 pole to a stake in the River swamp pocoson 
No. 160 poles.  Thence to the begining.

Dated the Twenty ninth day of October 1782
