John Armstrong eighty four acres of land in Duplin County in the forks and on the heads 
of Maxwell branches.  Begining at a pine West side of a drain of the Little Marsh Joseph 
Dickson corner.  Tence Dicksons line No. 55 Et. 90 poles to a white oak said Armstrongs 
corner.  Thence his own line South 75 Et. 80 poles to a water oak is corner in the swamp.  
Thence his other line South 15 Wt. 127 poles to a pine the corner of a survey called the 
Noland survey. Thnce the line or near it of a survey called the site of Marsh survey North 65 
Wt. 104 pole to a water oak in the little Marsh branch.  Thenc up the branch to the place of 
begining.
