Jesse Pipkin one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the 
East side of Buck Marsh joining his own land.  Begining at a gum on the 
run of Buck Swamp a little above the fork and runs So. 85 Et. 32 poles to 
a pine his own corner and runs with his line So. 5 Wt. 144 pole to a maple 
his own corner.  Thence with his other line So. 85 Et. 160 poles to a pine
thence So. 5 Wt. 104 poles to a black jack on Cartors line thence with 
his line So. 64 Wt. 116 poles to a stake on the run of the Marsh.  
Thence as the run meanders up the begining.
