Jesse George one hundred acres of land in Duplin County East side of Little 
Cohera below Peters's line. Begining at a red oak below the Reedy Marsh on 
the creek side and runs No. 70 Et. 88 poles to a warer oak in the Dividing or 
great branch 144 poles to a maple by Peters's corner thence So. 70 Wt. near 
or along Peters's line 127 pole to a pine at Little Cohera thence down the run 
of Little Cohera to the begining.
