Granted to Jesse Lanier one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Et.
Side of the North East river and the North side of Cypress creek and on both 
sides of the round Meadow branch.  Begining at a pine about 40 poles West of 
the Round Meadow branch.  Thence No. 70 Et. 100 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 
20 West 160 poles to a pine in a glade.  Thence South 70 Wt. 100 poles to a 
pine 20 poles west of the round Meadow branch.  Thence to the begining.
