Jeremiah Hulet one hundred acres of land in Duplin County 
East side ot the No. East River & West side the Beaverdam 
a prong of Limestone.  Begining at a water oak of Canadays 
uper corner in a glade or drean eighty yards wide of the Swamp.  
Thence Canadays line So. 35 Wt. 40 poles to a pine.  Thence 
Wt. 60 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 43 poles to a pine.  
Thence No. 20 Wt. 120 pole to a pine.  Thence No. 70 Et. 
80 poles to a loblolly bay in Mirey Branch, thence Mirey Branch 
to the mouth and down the run of Limestone to Joseph Canadays 
line and with the same eighty yards to the begining.
