Deed: Jeremiah Bullard (Boalard,Boulard) to John Simmons. 10 shillings for 92 acres 
“on the west side of little Coheary lying Between my own line and John Williams…as 
my appear By the Pattent and about (25) acres On the same side of the branch with it 
which amounts to (117) acres more or less.”
