James Wallace one hundred acres of land in Duplin County So. Side of Maxwell Swamp and 
No. Side of Cabbin Branch and Oarsonsons Branch and on both side the Indian Grave Branch.  
Begining at a pine on his own line at little below his house.  Thence So. 55 Wt. 90 po. to a 
small pine.  Thence No. 35 Wt. 180 poles to a pine.  Thence No. 55 Et. 90 poles to a water 
oak in a branch a little above Robert Sloans corner thene to and with Sloans and his own line 
to the first station.
